My primary research concerns social factors in fire evacuation. Currently, I am pursuing questions relating to the Beverly Hills Supper Club Fire.

I’ve given a number of presentations related to agent-based modeling incorporating group loyalty in evacuation from fire, including PyGotham 2018 and SfAA 2019, which are linked in the menu. I also presented a poster at the 2019 Natural Hazards Workshop as well as presenting at the subsequent Researchers Meeting. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
